Effective Date: 15.07.2026
App Name: Soline
Developer: İnteryu Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş.
Contact: contact@interyu.com
This Privacy Policy explains how Interyu ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes photos and related data when you use Soline (the "App"). Soline is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate cosmetic procedure previews from your photos.
1. Photos and Related Generation Data We Process
Soline processes the following categories of data when you choose to generate a preview:
Facial photos:
Front-view photo. A photograph of your face taken from the front. You select this photo from your device's photo library or capture it using the device camera.
Side-profile photo. A photograph of your face taken from the side. You select this photo from your device's photo library or capture it using the device camera.
Procedure selections:
- The cosmetic procedures you choose in the App (for example, rhinoplasty, lip filler, Botox, cheek filler, jawline filler, brow lift, facelift, or others). These are your selections from the App's procedure menu and are not themselves biometric or face data.
Customization values:
- The intensity or amount you select for each procedure (for example, "Subtle", "Balanced", "Dramatic", or filler amounts such as "0.5 cc", "1.0 cc", "2 cc"). These are your preferences for how strongly the selected procedure should be applied and are not themselves biometric or face data.
Generated preview images:
- AI-generated "after" images that show the simulated result of the selected procedures applied to your photos.
Soline does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying contact information.
2. How We Use Your Photos and Generation Data
We use your photos and generation data solely to provide the App's core feature: generating AI cosmetic procedure previews.
Your front-view and side-profile photos are used as input for AI image generation.
Your procedure selections and customization values are converted into a text prompt that instructs the AI model what changes to simulate on your photo.
The AI model generates a transformed "after" image based on your photo and the prompt.
Your original photos and generated previews may be saved locally on your device so you can view and compare results later.
For the side-profile photo, the App sends a separate request to the AI model to determine which direction your face is pointing (left or right) so that the generated result preserves the correct orientation.
We do not use your photos to identify you, verify your identity, or for any purpose other than generating the previews you request.
3. Exactly What Data Is Sent for AI Processing
When you tap "Allow" on the consent screen and initiate a generation, the following data is transmitted from your device to third-party AI services:
Front-view photo, resized on your device and transmitted through an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Side-profile photo, resized on your device and transmitted through an encrypted HTTPS connection.
A text prompt containing:
The names of each selected cosmetic procedure
The customization value (intensity or filler amount) for each procedure
Detailed editing instructions for each procedure (for example, how much to refine the nose, add lip volume, or lift the brow)
Identity preservation instructions (instructing the AI to keep the same person, pose, lighting, and background)
A list of procedures you did NOT select, with instructions not to apply them
What is NOT sent to the AI services
The following data is not included in any AI generation request:
Your name, email, or contact information (the App does not collect these)
Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
Subscription or purchase information
Credit balances or credit history
Analytics or crash reporting data
Your privacy or app settings
Your AI processing consent status
4. Which Third Parties Receive Your Photos and Generation Data
Your photos, prompt, and generated images are transmitted through the following third-party services in sequence:
Rork Toolkit: A proxy service operated by Rork that receives the generation request from the App and forwards it.
Vercel AI Gateway: A service operated by Vercel Inc. that routes the request to the AI model provider.
Google Gemini: The AI model that processes your photo and prompt and returns the generated preview image.
All three services receive your photos and prompt as part of the AI processing request. The generated image is returned through the same route back to your device.
Other third parties (do not receive face data)
RevenueCat: Used for subscription management and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase and entitlement information (such as subscription status and product identifiers) but does not receive your photos, face data, or AI generation data. RevenueCat may assign an anonymous app-level user identifier for purchase tracking.
Apple App Store: Processes your subscription payments. It receives transaction information but not your photos or face data.
We do not sell your personal information or face data.
5. Complete AI Data Flow
The following describes the complete path of a generation request, step by step:
User's device. You select a front-view photo and a side-profile photo, choose procedures and customization values, and tap "Prepare preview." If you have not yet consented, the consent screen appears first (see Section 11). No data leaves your device until you tap "Allow."
On-device processing. Each photo is resized on your device. A text prompt is constructed on your device from your procedure selections and customization values.
Rork Toolkit (proxy). The App sends an encrypted HTTPS request to the Rork Toolkit endpoint. The request contains the resized photo, the text prompt, and the model identifier.
Vercel AI Gateway. The Rork Toolkit forwards the request to Vercel AI Gateway, which routes it to the Google Gemini model.
Google Gemini. The Google Gemini model receives the photo and prompt, processes them, and generates a transformed "after" image.
Response route. The generated image is returned from Google Gemini through Vercel AI Gateway and Rork Toolkit back to the App on your device.
User's device. The App displays the generated "after" image alongside your original "before" photo. If you save the result, both the original photo and the generated image are stored locally on your device (see Section 6).
The overall data flow is:
Soline App → Rork Toolkit → Vercel AI Gateway → Google Gemini → generated result returned through the same route → Soline App
6. Where Photos and Previews Are Stored
6.1 Storage on your device
The following data is stored locally on your device within the App's local storage:
Reference photos. Your front-view and side-profile photos are saved in the App's local storage on your device so you can reuse them in future sessions without re-selecting them. These persist until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Saved previews. Generated preview results are stored locally on your device. Each saved preview contains:
The original front-view and side-profile photos
The AI-generated "after" images
The selected procedures and customization values
A thumbnail image and date
Cached image files. The App's cache directory may contain temporary image files created during photo selection, resizing, saving to the photo library, and sharing.
AI processing consent. Whether you have granted consent for photo processing is stored locally on your device.
6.2 Storage on servers controlled by Interyu
Soline does not have a backend server, database, or cloud storage controlled by Interyu. Your photos, generated previews, prompts, and face data are not stored on any server operated by Interyu. There is no Interyu-controlled remote storage of any face data.
6.3 Third-party processing and storage
Your photos and generation data are transmitted to Rork Toolkit, Vercel AI Gateway, and Google Gemini for AI processing. These services receive your data as part of the processing request. Whether these services retain any portion of the transmitted data — including photos, prompts, generated images, request metadata, or logs — is determined by their respective privacy policies, service terms, and account configurations. Interyu does not control the retention practices of these third-party services.
7. How Long Locally Stored Photos and Previews Remain
| Data type | Storage location | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Front-view reference photo | App's local storage on your device | Until you delete it using "Delete All Photos" in Settings, or uninstall the App |
| Side-profile reference photo | App's local storage on your device | Until you delete it using "Delete All Photos" in Settings, or uninstall the App |
| Saved previews (including original photos and generated images) | App's local storage on your device | Until you delete them using "Delete All Photos", or uninstall the App |
| Cached image files | App's cache directory | Until deleted by "Delete All Photos" in Settings, overwritten by new files, or cleaned up by the operating system |
| AI processing consent | App's local storage on your device | Until you uninstall the App; reinstalling resets consent |
What happens if you delete and reinstall the App
Uninstalling Soline removes all data stored in the App's local storage and cache directory, including all reference photos, saved previews, generated images, and consent status. Photos you previously saved to your device's Photos app are not affected. Reinstalling the App starts fresh with no stored data, and you will be asked to grant consent again before any AI processing.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel or delete an App Store subscription or RevenueCat entitlement. Subscription management is handled by the App Store and RevenueCat according to their own terms.
Third-party retention
Soline does not retain photos or generated previews on servers controlled by Interyu.
Local photo data remains until the user selects "Delete All Photos," uninstalls the App, or the operating system clears the App's storage.
Rork Toolkit, Vercel AI Gateway, and Google Gemini may process or retain transmitted data according to their own service terms and privacy practices.
8. How "Delete All Photos" Deletes Local Photo Data
The "Delete All Photos" option in Settings permanently deletes the following data stored by Soline on your device:
All reference photos — front-view and side-profile photos stored in the App's local storage are removed.
All saved previews — every saved preview is removed from the App's local storage, including:
Original photo copies contained in each saved preview
AI-generated "after" images contained in each saved preview
Procedure selections and customization values contained in each saved preview
All in-memory photos and results — currently loaded reference photos, generated results, active result, after images, procedures, and customizations are cleared from the App's memory.
Cached image files — all image files created by Soline in the App's cache directory are deleted.
The visible Saved Results list is cleared.
Any currently selected front-view and side-profile photos are cleared.
The photo creation flow is returned to its initial empty state.
9. What "Delete All Photos" Does Not Delete
The following data is NOT deleted by "Delete All Photos":
Photos you previously downloaded or saved to your device's Photos app. Once you save a generated preview to your device's photo library using the "Save" or "Share" feature, that copy is outside Soline's control and is not deleted by this function.
Subscription or RevenueCat information. Your subscription status and purchase records are not affected.
Credit or purchase information. Your remaining credit balance is not affected.
AI processing consent status. Your consent to photo processing is not revoked or reset.
Privacy or app settings. Your other app settings are not affected.
Data that may have been retained by third-party AI services. Rork Toolkit, Vercel AI Gateway, and Google Gemini may retain data according to their own policies. Interyu does not have the ability to delete data held by these third-party services.
10. Facial Recognition and Biometric Data
Soline does not perform face recognition, identity verification, or biometric identification. Specifically:
Soline does not perform face recognition.
Soline does not verify identity.
Soline does not create face embeddings.
Soline does not create biometric templates.
Soline does not create persistent facial profiles.
Soline does not generate or store face IDs.
Soline does not classify age, gender, ethnicity, emotion, or health-related attributes from your photos.
Soline does not use your photos to identify you across sessions, devices, or services.
Soline does not perform face matching, face comparison, or face searching against any database.
Soline does not receive or store face embeddings, biometric templates, persistent facial profiles, or other biometric representations from the AI provider.
The AI model processes your photos to generate a cosmetic procedure simulation image. For the side-profile photo, a separate request is sent to the same model asking it to determine whether the person's nose is pointing toward the left or right side of the image, so the generated result preserves the correct orientation. This direction detection produces a text response ("left" or "right") — it does not produce a biometric template, face embedding, or facial profile that Soline receives or stores.
11. User Consent Before Third-Party AI Processing
What the consent screen says
The consent screen states that Soline uses AI to create cosmetic procedure previews, that your front-view and side-profile photos and procedure choices will be sent through Rork Toolkit and Vercel AI Gateway to Google Gemini to generate your preview, and that your photos and generated previews may be stored locally on your device. It includes a link to this Privacy Policy.
What happens when you tap "Allow"
Your consent is saved locally on your device.
The AI generation process begins (for premium users) or the preparing/paywall flow continues (for free users).
No additional consent screen is shown for subsequent generations during normal use.
What happens when you tap "Not now"
No data is sent to any third-party service.
No credits are deducted.
You return to the previous screen.
Can any upload or API request begin before you tap "Allow"?
No. No photo, prompt, or generation request is transmitted to Rork Toolkit, Vercel AI Gateway, or Google Gemini until you tap "Allow" on the consent screen. No credits are deducted before you tap "Allow."
How consent is stored
Consent is stored only on your device in the App's local storage. Once granted, the App will not show the consent screen again during normal use.
Consent is stored only on your device. Reinstalling the App resets consent, and you will be asked again.
12. No User Accounts and Deletion Requests
Soline does not require user registration, login, or authentication. There is no user account system.
The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other identifying contact information.
RevenueCat, the subscription management service, may assign an anonymous app-level identifier for purchase tracking. This identifier is not controlled by Interyu and is managed by RevenueCat according to its privacy policy.
Because there are no user accounts, data stored on your device cannot be linked to a specific person by Interyu.
How to exercise your privacy rights
Device data: You can delete all photos and previews stored by Soline on your device at any time using "Delete All Photos" in Settings. Uninstalling the App also removes all locally stored data.
General inquiries and privacy requests: Contact Interyu at contact@interyu.com for any privacy questions or requests.
Because Soline does not use accounts or include a user identifier in AI requests, Interyu may not be able to identify or delete an individual request independently retained by a third-party processor. Data retained by Rork Toolkit, Vercel AI Gateway, or Google Gemini is governed by their respective service terms and privacy practices, which Interyu does not control.
Because Soline does not maintain a backend database or user accounts, Interyu does not store your photos, face data, or generated previews on any server it controls. There is no remotely stored user data on Interyu-controlled systems to retrieve or delete.
13. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
14. Security
Photos transmitted to the AI provider are sent over HTTPS encrypted connections. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
16. Contact Us
